Our Community

North River was founded in 1973 and is a bedroom community directly adjacent to the city of Fargo. The city has a total area of 0.07 square miles and consists of 23 households.

Our Team

Our team is composed of a five member city council. Those include Mayor Troy Durham, and Councilmen Evan Blotsky, Kris Ehlert, Jeremy Jewison, and Carla St. Germain

Our City Council Meetings are the 2nd Tuesday of each month from January through April, and August through December. The Council does have special meetings as needed the months of May, June and July
